Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out how you may and may not use N4XION AI, a service operated by N4XION Limited. It works together with our Terms of Use. By using the service, you agree to follow these rules.
N4XION AI gives you one assistant called OPAW v1, which routes your request to a suitable free AI provider and returns a single answer. These rules protect you, other users, our providers, and the service itself.
What you must not do
Do not use N4XION AI for any of the following.
- Anything illegal, or anything that helps someone break the law.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or abuse of any person or group.
- Stealing or phishing for credentials, such as passwords, tokens, or account details.
- Creating, improving, or spreading malware or other harmful code.
- Unauthorized security attacks, including trying to break into systems, networks, or accounts.
- Violating other people's privacy, including collecting or exposing personal information without consent.
- Creating non consensual intimate content or sexual content involving any real person without consent.
- Impersonating a real person or organisation, or making deceptive deepfakes.
- Sending spam or other bulk unwanted messages.
- Fraud, scams, or deceptive schemes of any kind.
- Creating, requesting, or sharing child sexual abuse material. This is never allowed and we report it.
- Trying to get around quotas, rate limits, or access controls.
- Trying to find, extract, or expose the provider keys or secrets behind the service.
- Abusing generated media, for example using audio or images to deceive, harass, or harm.
Fair use of the service
N4XION AI is free and invite only. Use it in good faith. Do not try to overload the service, script mass automated requests, or take steps that make it harder for other invited users to use it.
Abuse controls
We use reasonable technical measures to detect and limit abuse, such as sign in checks, quotas, and security logging. These measures reduce misuse, but no system can prevent every abuse, so we also rely on you to follow these rules and to report problems.
Reporting a problem
If you see misuse, a security issue, or content that breaks this policy, tell us at hello@n4xion.net. Please include enough detail for us to look into it.
Consequences
If you break this policy, we may take action to protect the service and other people. Depending on what happened, we may do any of the following.
- Give you a warning and ask you to stop.
- Remove content that breaks this policy.
- Suspend your access while we investigate.
- Terminate your account.
- Report serious or illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service grows. When we make an important change, we will update this page and, where appropriate, let you know.
