Privacy and data
This page explains what N4XION AI collects when you use OPAW v1, where your prompts and files go, and how you get a copy of your data or delete it. For the full policy, read the Privacy Policy. To make a request about your data, see Data rights.
What we collect
Access is free and invite only, so the account we hold for you is small. We collect what we need to sign you in and run the service.
- Your email address, used for your invite and your login code.
- Your display name.
- The prompts you send to OPAW and the responses you get back.
- Files you upload while you use the assistant.
- Usage counts that track your rolling five hour, daily, and weekly requests.
- Session and security data, such as sign in times and failed attempts.
There are no passwords, no paid plans, and no ads. You sign in with a six digit code sent to your email.
Where your prompts and files go
OPAW does not run the model itself. When you send a request, your prompt, and any file it needs, go to the AI provider that handles that request. Auto mode picks one suitable free provider for you and uses a fallback if the first one fails. It never sends your request to every provider at once. FREE_ONLY is on, so paid endpoints are never used.
In Web mode, your search terms go to Tavily first, then a model writes the answer and cites the sources as [n]. Each provider handles your data under its own terms. We send the minimum needed for each request.
Retention
We keep your account and your conversations so you can return to them. They stay until you delete them or close your account. We keep usage and security logs for a limited period so we can protect the service. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Export your data
You can ask for a copy of your account data, including your conversations and files, in a common format. Start the request from the Data rights page or email hello@n4xion.net.
Delete your data
You can ask us to delete your account. When you do, we remove your conversations and files and close your access. We may keep a small amount of information where the law requires it or where we need it to handle a security matter. After that period, we delete it too.
Administrator access
By default, administrators do not read the private content of your conversations. Administrators may look at account records, usage counts, and security events to run the service and to investigate a reported problem. Where an investigation needs specific content, we limit access to what is needed and we keep a record of it.
