Troubleshooting

Most problems have a quick fix. Find your issue below and follow the steps. If none of these help, email hello@n4xion.net.

The code did not arrive

Your login code is sent by email and usually lands within a minute.

  • Check that you typed the same email your invite went to.
  • Look in your spam or junk folder.
  • Wait a minute, then request a new code.
  • Add n4xion.net to your safe senders so future codes are not filtered.

The code expired

A login code is short lived and works once. If yours stopped working, it has likely expired or has already been used.

  • Go back to the sign in screen and request a new code.
  • Enter the newest code, since older codes no longer work.
  • Enter the code soon after it arrives.

A mode is unavailable

Auto, Fast, Deep, Web, Code, and Write turn on once an administrator has enabled a provider and verified a free model. Image, Video, and Voice are not available yet and show an unavailable message until a configured free endpoint supports them.

  • Pick a mode that is enabled, such as Auto.
  • If you see an unavailable message for Image, Video, or Voice, that feature is not ready yet. There is no setting you can change to turn it on.
  • Try again later once more providers are enabled.

OPAW switched providers

OPAW may switch to a different free provider during a request. This is normal. Auto mode picks one suitable provider and uses a fallback if the first one is busy or fails.

  • You do not need to do anything. Your answer still comes back.
  • The wording or style may differ because a different model replied.
  • Send your request again if you want a fresh answer.

You reached a limit

Your rolling five hour, daily, and weekly request counts are tracked. By default there is no set limit, shown as No set limit rather than a number. A free provider can still hit its own limit, which may pause a mode for a while.

  • Wait a short time, then try the request again.
  • Switch to another enabled mode if one is paused.
  • If a mode stays paused for a long time, email hello@n4xion.net.
